Saint Wicie Rules and Regulations

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have a few tips:

  1. During the season, stays are at least 7 days.
  2. Check in at 3:00 p.m. Check out 9:00 a.m. 
  3. In case of late arrival or early departure, we do not refund any lost services.
  4. We accept pre-booking by e-mail or telephone.
  5. The condition for accepting a reservation is to submit a reservation form and pay a deposit of 30% of the stay value to the bank account provided below no later than 1 day after telephone or e-mail arrangements. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than on the day of arrival. In the transfer title, please provide the name for which the stay is booked and the date of stay.

  6. After receiving your payment and booking form, Saint Wicie will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
  7. The benefits included in the price are: stay fee.
  8. Additional fees include an electricity fee of PLN 1.50. per KW – according to the meter readings.
  9. The tourist fee is not included in the price of the stay and amounts to PLN 2.15 per person per day. Payable in cash on arrival.
  10. Making a reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the regulations of the Saint Wicie resort.
  11. Failure to pay within the specified time will result in cancellation of the reservation.
  12. The deposit is non-refundable.
  13. The Saint Wicie resort provides monitored parking spaces.
  14. The resort is not responsible for theft, damage to vehicles or other losses.
  15. It is strictly forbidden to fry fish, smoke tobacco or use fire in our houses.
  16. Parents or guardians of children, both in the houses and on the playground and throughout the resort, are fully responsible for the care of children.
  17. Parents or guardians are financially responsible for damage caused by their children.
  18. Night silence applies between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  19. All defects and failures should be immediately reported to the owner of the resort.
  20. A refundable deposit of PLN 200 is required for the duration of your stay.
  21. The handover and return of the house takes place in the presence of the owner of the Saint Wicie resort,
  22. Barbecuing on terraces and sidewalks is prohibited in the resort. Barbecuing is only possible on the lawn.
